We are the only organisation offering peer-to-peer support to all those over the age of 18, impacted by suicide loss in the UK. We help those bereaved by suicide to support each other, at the time of their loss and in the months and years that follow.
Young Minds Coaching believes that mind coaching is essential for helping children and adolescents reach their full potential. Our training programmes are designed to equip coaches and others with the knowledge and skills needed to support the mental health and well-being of young people. Additionally they provide much needed development of core life skills, so important to each young individual as they progress towards adulthood and the workplace.
