The Mental Health Shows were set up in 2022 with the aim of normalising conversation and providing professional development to those who are dealing with mental health and wellbeing on a daily basis.
The Shows are run by The Root Of It, a team set up in 2013 to help people get to the root of difficulties. They have provided services to a number of organisations over the years, such as HM Cabinet Office, the Home Office, the Department for Education, Coca-Cola, the National Parks and local authorities. Within the education sector, The Root Of It have delivered training and consultancy to over 10% of all schools and colleges in England.
